It is mainly used for trimming around wire metal mesh, the size of the trimming mesh is not limited, and it can be completed with the help of auxiliary tools, with fast cutting speed, flat port, and easy operation.
It is widely used in the industry of meshes, hardware products, shelves, storage cages, shopping mall shopping carts, electroplating hangers, iron wire craft products, lighting, springs, bicycle baskets, strips, storage cages, carts, dust removal skeletons and other industries.
1. The Wire Trimming Machine is composed of six parts: frame, transmission assembly, eccentric mechanism, spindle box, cutter assembly, and control component.
2. The drive assembly is composed of: an AC motor, a pulley, and a belt flywheel. It rotates the flywheel at high speed through the motor-driven triangular belt, so that the eccentric mechanism moveswithin a limited range.
3. The eccentric machinery is composed of: eccentric spindle, bearing, bearing gland, spindle, main sleeve, and tin bronze slider. Its eccentric spindle gets rotation through the transmission assembly, while the rotation of the brass slider moves up and down through the eccentric spindle, so that the cutter spindle moves up and down within a limited range, the spindle has a quenching and tempering treatment of 40Cr, toughness and impact resistance. It canmeet the cutting requirements, and its slider is made of tin bronze to prevent wear with the cutter spindle, and after a period of long-term use, this part needs to be replaced.
4. The head is composed of: ductile iron main box, box lid, guide bowl, oil shaft sleeve, sealing cover and sealing ring. This component is the central part of the machine, and other mechanisms are installed in this box, and it is necessary to inject lubricating oil into the case at the standard scale of the oil brand before use, to effectively ensure the good lubrication of the spindle and slider and prolong its service life.
5. The cutter assembly consists of: the tool holder spindle, the tool holder, the upper cutter, the lower cutter, the upper cutter limiter seat, the tool holder guide column, the tool holder guide block, and the tool holder guide sleeve. The spindle of the tool holder is hardened and tempered with 45# steel, and the outer circle is precision grinding to effectively ensure coordination with the case. The top and bottom cutters are made of high-speed cutting steel, which is vacuum-treated and has sufficient hardness, toughness and impact resistance. Pay attention to the adjustment of the blade gap during use.
