Vulcanizing machine is a kind of vulcanizing machine for various rubber and plastic products, which has the functions of timing mold locking, automatic pressure replenishment, automatic temperature control, automatic timing and alarm at the time. Vulcanizing machine is divided into electric heating, steam heating and thermal oil heating in three forms. Also known as plate vulcanizing machine, rubber vulcanizing machine.

The vulcanizing machine can adjust the position according to the length of the Heaters. (Generally use screw nut mechanism to manually adjust the length position)

On the work table of the two hydraulic presses, there are two sets of opening and closing molds with grooves (4 or 6 tubes at a time), the upper die is fixed on the moving pressure head, the lower die is fixed on the table surface, and the two sets of molds are charged heat tube heating devices and water circulation cooling devices.

When working, manually lay the lower rubber sheet (placed in the groove of the two molds), then put the head of the roughened and cleaned heater, and then place the upper rubber sheet, turn on the mold to pressurize (maintain pressure), and heat to the rubber vulcanization temperature, turn off the heating, pass the cooling water, open the mold, remove the vulcanized sealing heater, and repeat the above actions for the next vulcanization process.
