    Fully Intelligent Dual-drive Vibratory Feeder

    The fully intelligent dual-circular vibrator DMS and DM series adopts two magnetic cores (the general circular vibrator adopts one magnetic core), which can drive the horizontal amplitude and vertical amplitude separately, and can increase the horizontal amplitude but without increasing the vertical amplitude, and vice versa. The DMS and DM special intelligent controller effectively controls the phase change of the dual-drive circular vibrator. The circular vibrator also has a built-in intelligent sensor, which can sense the internal vibration status of the circular vibrator in real time, and adjust the vibration status at any time through the controller, ensuring that the circular vibrator always runs at high speed in the best state. It can be widely used in various industries that require high-speed, silent, and scratch-free feeding.

    DMS and DM series circular vibrators can be freely set to turn left or right through the controller, while ordinary circular vibrators can only turn left or right.

    Features of Fully Intelligent Dual-drive Vibratory Feeder:

    1. High speed: The fully intelligent dual-drive vibratory feeder is 1.5-3 times faster than ordinary feeders (speed differences will occur due to differences in the manufacturing of vibrator).
    2. Low noise: As environmental protection requirements on noise are becoming more and more stringent, the fully intelligent dual-drive vibratory feeder can easily reduce the noise of the vibratoty feeder to below 80 decibels while feeding at high speed, which fully meets national environmental protection requirements.
    3. Low scratch: There are many workpieces used in the medical and electronic fields that require high-speed feeding without scratching the workpieces. Since the dual-drive feeder can increase the horizontal amplitude while lowering the vertical amplitude, it increases the feeding speed and reduces the up and down vibration of the workpiece, achieving the effect of high speed and low scratch.
    4. Low reaction force: When the dual-drive vibrator is working, the reaction force on the vibrator frame or base plate is much less than that of the traditional feeder, which minimizes the vibration interference to the surrounding equipment.

    Intelligent Half-wave Vibratory Feeder (50~90Hz)

    The half-wave vibratory feeder has a low vibration frequency of 50~90Hz and an amplitude of about 1.2mm, which is suitable for heavy small to large workpieces over 10mm. The cylindrical body (Bowl) can be used to make a vibrator of 250-1100mm.

    The full-wave vibratory feeder has a high vibration frequency of 100-180Hz and a small amplitude of about 0.6mm. It is suitable for micro, small, precise and light workpieces below 10mm. The cylindrical body (Bowl) can be used to make 150~700mm vibrator (for detailed dimensions, please see the full-wave EA series net circular vibration specification table below). It can achieve highly reliable workpiece feeding. The use of intelligent controllers can improve the intelligence level of vibratory feeders, and the use of 485 communication interfaces can fully realize remote real-time control.

    The full-wave vibratory feeder is mainly suitable for lighter and smaller metal, plastic and other workpieces, and can be widely used in various fields such as machinery, electronics, medical, and watches.

    Intelligent High-frequency High-speed Precision Feeder

    The high-frequency, high-speed, precision feeder has a high vibration frequency of 180~500Hz and a small amplitude, which is suitable for high-speed feeding of various small workpieces. The vibrator is made of special aluminum alloy and special surface treatment, and is processed by CNC. The use of intelligent controller can improve the intelligence level of the vibratory feeder, and the use of 485 communication interface can fully realize remote real-time control.

    Due to the use of a tiny high-frequency drive, it can be widely used in various fields such as electronic components, clocks, cameras, etc., and realizes high-speed and high-precision feeding of tiny and ultra-thin workpieces.

    Intelligent Video Recognition High-speed Feeder

    With the development of science and technology, various workpieces of various shapes, small, thin and light have emerged, especially in the fields of electronic information and precision machinery, and the use of special-shaped workpieces has increased. For these difficult-to-select workpieces, video recognition technology can be used. Currently, "single CCD, dual CCD, and even 3CCD" selection methods can be selected.
