Ultrasonic cable stripping machine can be used for thermocouple temperature control Cables, mineral insulated cables, metal armored cables and magnesium oxide cables. It is a device specially used for stripping mineral insulated cables and armored cables. It can be used as an independent stripping equipment, or it can be converted into a stripping unit on the production line. Equipment composition

Ultrasonic generator (i.e. drive power supply)

It is composed of a rectifier circuit, an oscillation circuit, a feedback circuit, a tracking circuit, a control circuit, a power amplifier circuit, a matching circuit, etc. It converts the mains power into high-frequency and high-voltage AC current and transmits it to the ultrasonic transducer installed in the wire stripping mechanism. The power of the ultrasonic generator is adjustable to adapt to different working conditions. The generator is also integrated with a sequence controller to control the ultrasonic oscillation time and intermittent time of the wire stripping machine.

Ultrasonic Vibration System

It consists of ultrasonic transducer, horn, tool head, housing and cooling fan. The transducer converts the input electrical energy into mechanical energy, namely ultrasonic waves. Its manifestation is that the transducer moves back and forth in the longitudinal direction. The horn amplifies the amplitude according to the design needs, and also plays a role in fixing the entire ultrasonic vibration system.

Ultrasonic stripping mechanism

It is composed of telescopic tool head, cylinder, control solenoid valve, pressure regulator valve, etc. The telescopic tool head pushes the cable close to the ultrasonic tool head under the push of the cylinder, thereby transferring the ultrasonic force from the tool head to the cable to complete the stripping work. The ultrasonic cable end stripping machine (peeling machine) can strip all the insulated cables and the shell of the same structure optical cable.

Working Principle

The ultrasonic horn then transmits the ultrasonic vibration to the tool head, driving the tool head to impact the cable. Under the action of high speed and high intensity of ultrasonic waves, the insulating mineral powder in the cable sheath (metal casing) of mineral insulated cables is loosened, dispersed and discharged. What should be particularly emphasized here is that ultrasonic wave action has a wonderful characteristic, and its force must be transmitted seamlessly through solids. When stripping begins, the cable sheath, mineral insulation powder and core wire are integrated, and ultrasonic force can propagate throughout the interior of the cable. Under the action of ultrasonic vibration force, the mineral insulation powder is loosened and shattered, and then discharged naturally. At this time, the cable core wire and the cable sheath are separated. At the same time, the ultrasonic force is naturally isolated. In other words, when we need to protect the cable core wire, the ultrasonic wave has automatically stopped exerting force on the core wire. Therefore, using ultrasonic waves to peel mineral insulated cables can properly discharge the mineral insulating powder without causing any damage to the cable core wires.
