Main characteristics

1. This machine is equipped with continuously variable transmission vertical cutter，automatic cutting and hydraulic cylinder automatic clamping device. It runs smoothly, lightly and efficiently.
2. Horizontal clamping makes workpieces clamped stably, with low noise and low pollution.
3. The servo motor drives the ball screw, and the feeding carriage moves on the linear guide rail (not on the cylindrical guide column), featuring high feeding accuracy, fast speed, stable feeding. The cut surface is smooth and does not generate heat. The auxiliary clamp is equipped with a floating function to prevent the pipes from being scratched on the main clamp.
4. Equipped with high-strength disc blades, it features fast cutting speed, smooth cross-section and no burrs.
5. It can automatically stop when there is no material. It has the disc blade protection，automatic lubrication and cooling function.
6. It can deal with the tailings and cut the tailings shorter than the workpieces, minimum to 50 mm, which will economize the materials.
7. It is equipped with the self-lubricating bearing, which lubricates the connecting shaft automatically and protects the machine.
8. The all-gear head adopts a horizontal motor, with five sets of all-gear meshing, which is more stable, more wear-resistant, and has stronger head power than the ordinary all-gear heads on the current market with four-set structures and four-speed regulation.
