These materials are primarily used in applications such as electrical heating, household appliances, metal honeycomb structures, and etching processes that require ultra-thin and precision stainless steel coils. Some of our products include rare earth elements like lanthanum in addition to chromium and aluminum, providing excellent resistance to oxidation. The product thickness ranges from 0.01mm to 0.08mm, with even thickness and high stability.

The WPT20-5USR is ferritic stainless steel based on chromium (Cr) and aluminum (Al), with the addition of elements such as lanthanum (La). It effectively inhibits the formation of AL2O3 oxide film at high temperatures and possesses excellent oxidation resistance. The WPT20-5USR utilizes WPT's advanced wide-strip steel foil cold-rolling technology, allowing it to be rolled into as thin as 20μm foil. It is suitable for applications requiring oxidation resistance, such as metal honeycomb materials for purifiers, electric Heaters, combustion chambers, and similar scenarios.
