Introduction

It is primarily used for iron sheets, aluminum sheets, aluminum foil sheets, stainless steel sheets, and other metal materials, which can be coiled into different sizes of cylinders or tapered cylinders. It is especially suitable for the production of band Heaters, and storage tanks, as well as construction, decoration, geotechnical engineering, environmental protection, and other construction sites.

Operating Precautions

1. All three axes must be symmetric when adjusting the center distance, ensuring precise centering.
2. The reinforcing wheel should be adjusted in coordination. Pay attention to maintaining uniform pressure on both ends when adjusting the tightness.
3. When removing the coiled workpiece, lift the upper shaft, remove the open-end tip, open the frame, and then remove the cylindrical workpiece.
4. Choose the appropriate machine model based on the length of the workpiece. The maximum width is 1250mm. Non-standard Machines can be customized according to the requirements of the workpiece.
