1. The key parts of the whole machine are imported devices, such as: servo motors, solenoid valves, cylinders and thyristors are all imported or famous domestic brand factory components, and the control box is designed and manufactured by single-chip microcomputer. The stippling machine has a Japanese Kuroda Seiko air valve, an air filter, the main shaft and guide shaft are chrome plated and round, and it is equipped with a standard oil-impregnated bushing, which does not require oil injection, which can prolong the service life of the shaft and shaft sleeve, so that the action of the cylinder is flexible and there is no false position.
2. The welding controller has a single-chip microcomputer integrated control system, and each group of control parameters can be arbitrarily adjusted through imported digital buttons, and has two sets of control parameters for one machine, dual current and double foot switch, which can complete the welding of two product specifications without the need to adjust the machine.
3. The main transformer is made of Epoxy resin casting, and the secondary transformer is finished with integral copper parts, which are not thermally deformed. The secondary stage of the transformer is water-cooled along with the SCR and electrode, which has low air loss, strong power output, and long service life.
4. The machine is a box-shaped structure, with good rigidity, pneumatic pressure, adjustable pressure, flexible and stable transmission part.
5. The main circuit consists of SCR control, the current is continuously adjustable, and it has the function of mains voltage fluctuation compensation.
6. The controller is equipped with: preload, preheat and rescale, welding, pressure maintenance, time-off program control, current, single-point welding, and continuous weld selection switches.
