Our company customizes various magnesia tubes (round, square, flat, multiholes threaded types) for electric heating element manufacturers. The raw material is 99% fused magnesia of electric grade, which is automatically extruded under high pressure and sintered in a 1700-degree tunnel furnace, high density (2.3g/ml). Its insulation and withstand voltage performance are close to the level of similar products in the United States and Japan.

The Magnesium Oxide Insulator is used for cartridge heater, sheathed heater, thermocouples, glow plug, etc. They can be made by dry pressing or injection moulding. The magnesium oxide insulator is used as an insulated core which is wrapped by Resistance Wire.
