Medium frequency inverter spot welding machine is usually composed of rectifier transformer main circuit, control box, power transformer secondary circuit and welding transformer three parts. Among them, the main circuit of the rectifier transformer includes a leap-over transformer, a rectifier bridge pole and a direct current element, which converts alternating current into direct current. By converting the low-frequency AC power supply to the high-frequency power supply, the medium frequency spot welding machine increases the electrical energy to a high pressure of hundreds of thousands of volts, and controls the pressure after partially heating the metal joint, so that the joint instantly melts and holds for a certain time.
