The inverted wire drawing machine is a high-performance device specifically designed for metal wire drawing processes. It integrates wire drawing, traction, and take-up, and is suitable for precision drawing of various metal wires such as stainless steel wire, copper wire, iron wire, aluminum wire, and Alloy Wire. The equipment adopts an inverted structure, ensuring even wire tension during the drawing process, avoiding wire breakage and surface scratches, and guaranteeing the dimensional accuracy and surface finish of the product.

The inverted wire drawing machine adopts a vertically arranged inverted take-up design, allowing the metal wire to fall naturally under gravity during the drawing process, reducing stress concentration. Through high-precision dies and a stable traction system, the coarse wire is gradually drawn into a high-precision fine wire, and then automatically wound into a coil by the take-up system for easy subsequent processing and transportation.
