The Fireproof Sleeving is made of alkali-free glass fiber or high-bulky glass fiber woven into a tube, coated with organic high-temperature resistant iron oxide red silica gel and treated at high temperature. After vulcanization, it can be used for a long time in the temperature range of -60°C - 260°C and maintain its soft and elastic properties. The synthesis of special high temperature resistant materials determines that the fireproof Sleeving has many characteristics that are difficult to replace by other similar materials: High temperature resistance, thermal insulation, flame retardancy, electrical insulation, chemical stability, weathering resistance, cold resistance, water resistance, oil resistance, ozone resistance, voltage resistance, arc resistance, corona resistance, etc., especially safety and environmental protection performance, it is the best alternative to asbestos and other hazardous products. It not only effectively isolates energy loss in tubes and hoses, protecting employees from burns, but also "bundles" wires, hoses and cables together. The thick Silicone Rubber coating can resist molten spatter, slag, welding slag, welding spatter, electric sparks or grinding sparks and other contaminants. It can also effectively protect pipes, cables, etc. from damage by ozone, ultraviolet rays and abrasion.
High temperature fireproof Sleeving is divided into standard grade and priority grade. The priority grade embryo tube is knitted with expanded alkali-free glass fiber and then coated with a higher quality silicone rubber coating. The use of upgraded Raw Materials and expanded knitting weaving method makes it have better thermal insulation protection performance than the standard grade high temperature fireproof Sleeving.
