Main structure and characteristics

PLC controlled coil with two tails Winding Machine is designed to produce heat coils with tails on their two ends. The machine adopts PLC, touch screen and servo moto, which makes it perform stably and easy to operate. This machine can not only automatically feed, load, arrange and cut the wires, but also can be set to start and stop the machine automatically. It applies to the dedicated Machines set to make coil with two tails.

While servo motor winding, ultra-high subdivision stepper motor synchronously arranges the wires. Stepper motor controls the length of the front and rear wire ends, runs balanced, and has extremely high wire arrangement accuracy. After adjusting the equipment, the operator only needs to install the heating wire to automatically complete a series of actions such as wire feeding - hanging - winding - cutting - resetting. At the same time, the whole machine is equipped with photoelectric or proximity sensors in many places, with motor operation detection, air pressure detection, wire breakage and material shortage detection, wire jam detection, production arrival detection and other detection procedures and fault alarm shutdown procedures, which greatly improves the reliability and safety of equipment operation and truly realizes unattended full-automatic winding operation.

There are 3 winding modes, including single-segment winding, segmented winding, and extremely short winding. The descriptions of each winding mode are as follows:

• Single-segment winding: suitable for winding without segmentation and with a large number of turns;
• Segmented winding: suitable for segmented winding and winding with spacing;
• Extremely short winding: suitable for winding without segmentation and with a small number of turns

Application

It helps to roll heating wires used for hair dryers, electric combs, electric Heaters, heat guns, hand dryers, clothes dryers, popcorn machines, aquarium heating rods, heating trays, heating tubes and Quartz Tubes. The efficiency is up to 2000-5000 pcs/8h.
