2. It can cut single or multiple tube Fittings (depending on the size of the tube fitting); it can feed repeatedly multiple times; if 3 meters of material need to be fed at a time, the equipment will automatically feed 2 times, with a feeding accuracy of ±0.3mm (can be compensated).
3. This equipment can cut steel tubes of different diameters by changing the jaws.
4. Feeding Mechanism: It adopts the form of servo motor + ball screw, and the feeding guide rail adopts self-lubricating linear guide rail;
5. Tube Cutting: adopts vertical slide form, and the track adopts self-lubricating linear guide rail;
6. Structure and Action Description: The tube fittings are placed on the machine table, automatically clamped, automatically fed, automatically cut, and cycled.
7. The machine head part can servo the rotation angle ±45° (cutting angle -45° to +45°), and the rotation angle accuracy is ±0.3 (can be compensated)
8. The chip liquid is equipped with a filtration system for centralized processing, making it convenient and clean.
