Structure and System

1. Overview: This machine can fully automatically straighten and cut various Metal Tubes. The equipment has a counting function and can set the output. The equipment will automatically stop after the output is achieved.
2. Frame: The body is welded and formed by square steel pipes, and the base plate is processed as a whole to eliminate stress and ensure that the equipment has sufficient strength, stiffness and stability; the feeding clamp mold, the fixed clamp mold, the cutting center of the cutter head, and the pull-off The straightness tolerance of the mold center is within 0.1mm, and the parallelism tolerance of the center line of the guide pillar is within 0.1mm; the parts of each part of the equipment undergo necessary surface treatment according to the actual working conditions and working environment, such as electroplating, blackening, quenching, Carburizing, electrostatic spraying, etc. which to ensure that the parts have sufficient strength and surface functions.
3. Cutting mechanism: It adopts an external rotating cutter and supporting wheel structure. The fixed clamping mold of the copper pipe is clamped by a cylinder. The feed mechanism adopts an independent cylinder feed component to advance and return. The feed is smooth and the knife withdraws quickly. The feed amount of each cutting head is independently adjustable to adapt to the different wear changes of the cutting tool and ensure the same shrinkage rate of each tube mouth.
4. Mold: The clamping mold and cutter head are both made of steel heat-treated molds, and the surface hardness is not less than HRC50.
5. Electronic control operating system: It adopts PLC and touch screen for centralized control; it has functions such as manual operation of each process, automatic operation of the whole machine, fault display, no material alarm, automatic counting, and shutdown when the number is sufficient. The operation panel consists of touch screen, knob, and emergency stop，and buttons & control power locking buttons, with clear markings and easy operation. The installation of the electrical components of the equipment complies with relevant national regulations and has reliable grounding devices. The terminal blocks, contactors and small air switches in the electrical box adopt VDE standard V Groove installation method, each electrical component is clearly marked, the electric control cabinet uses an all-plastic comb hole cabinet with wire trough wiring, and the wire numbers are clear; the control panel is clean and tidy, and the signage characters are clear and easy to read.
6. Fixed length feeding mechanism (optional) : Servo belt feeding, high accuracy, fast feeding speed, feeding clamp using cylinder.
7. Protection and coloring: The main color of the machine is sky blue, and the parts involving personal safety are equipped with warning signs. The installation of the electrical components of the equipment complies with the relevant provisions of the State, and has a reliable grounding device and wiring terminals in the electric box.
