Helix Bending Machine for Hot Runner Heater RDWG01

Helix Bending Machine is a machine specially designed for bending square and round hot runner Heaters. The mandrel is driven by stepping motor (the mandrel can be replaced), the mandrel is installed with pneumatic clamping block, and the heating element to be bent is pressed tightly by the pneumatic mechanism. The stepper motor drives the heating element to wind along the axis. The machine has automatic stripping mechanism, the whole machine is controlled by PLC, and the production efficiency is high.
