    3D wire Bending Machine is an automatic equipment specially used for three-dimensiDonal bending of metal wires. It is widely used in manufacturing complex-shaped metal parts, brackets, hooks, auto parts, furniture springs, etc.

    Main characteristics:

    1. Multi-axis control: Through X, Y, and Z axis control, wire can be formed at any angle in space.
    2. Automatic feeding, straightening, shearing, and bending are integrated.
    3. Wires with different cross-sections such as round wire, square wire, and flat wire can be processed.
    4. The bending angle is accurate, and the repeatability is ±0.1 mm.
    5. Servo motor + multi-axis control system, the servo motor's slow rise and slow fall curve and speed can be modified as needed to make the actual transmission consistent with the theoretically calculated length;
    6. Each MM length is divided into 10 pulses to further ensure the setting of wire feeding accuracy;
    7. Adjustable servo shearing to ensure the neatness of the circle cut. The shearing time and retracting time can be directly modified on the text displayer;
    8. Designed with manual slow feeding and slow retracting functions, it is easy to operate and reduce material loss;
    9. The outer twisting can be lifted and lowered separately to process the wires on the left and right without exiting the bending groove, and the inner twisting can be made into double-layer bending cotton or bending nails, which is faster and more stable.
    10. The bending head can be offset left and right as a whole, the internal torsion can be processed eccentrically, and the torsion spring can be processed, etc. The R angle that can be used is more and more flexible.
    11. The wire feeding box can move forward and backward. During processing, the wire feeding box does not need to withdraw the wire, and the wire does not need to pass through the linear mechanism twice. Make the wire more stable. And when processing parts, the operating space is more flexible.
    12. The cutter can move forward and backward, which is faster and more stable while processing short products. When processing long products, it retreats to the back to have a larger space to make way, so that the product will not hit the cutter.
    13. The wire feeding motor is fixed to the bottom base to reduce the weight of the wire feeding box, so that the wire turns faster, lighter, and the turning angle is more precise and stable.
