Structure and use

This equipment is composed of internal grinding head, external grinding head, slide table, workpiece slewing ring support, bed, cooling circulation system, pneumatic system and electrical control system.

It is used for internal and external circular polishing of cylinder workpieces (both inner and outer circles are polished at the same time).

Main technical parameters

1. The diameter of the 1000-page wheel of the internal grinding head is Φ150, which can be superimposed by two pieces.
2. Specification of cylindrical grinding head Abrasive Belt (circumference X width): 2500mmX100mm.
3. Internal grinding head drive motor power: 4KW
4. The power of the drive motor of the cylindrical grinding head: 4KW
5. The diameter range of the workpiece that can be adjusted: Φ168~Φ600
6. Workpiece length range: 1~7m
7. Surface roughness of the workpiece after grinding: Ra≤0.4μm (replaced by grinding belts with different particle sizes one by one).
8. The moving speed of the slide table: 500~2000mm/min, and the frequency converter is used for stepless speed regulation.
